Ice Baths

Whenever you feel the need. An hour after finishing your exercise, on a daily routine during earlier hours, regularly, when you feel pain or want to recover from an injury, when your joints hurt, when you feel stressed or had a rough day / week. When ever you feel the need.

Aime for 12 minutes accumulated per week, split into 2 to 4 sessions of 3 to 6 minutes per session.

For maximum effectiveness, immerse yourself for 1-5 minutes per session. The benefits depend on the immersion time and the temperature, the colder the bath the less time is necessary and vice versa.

Infra Red Sauna

Infrared saunas typically reach temperatures between 120°F to 150°F (49°C to 65°C).

For best results, stay in the infrared sauna for 30-45 minutes per session. But 15 are already very beneficial.

Aim for 3-4 sessions per week to maximize the benefits.

Air Cupping

Air cupping can improve blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, promote cell regeneration, and contribute to detoxify the body.

Yes, air cupping is safe. The silicone cups create a controlled suction, minimizing the risk of burns or excessive bruising commonly associated with traditional fire and wet cupping.

For optimal results, it’s recommended to have air cupping sessions once a week. However, this can vary based on individual needs and health conditions.

Nutritherapy, also known as Nutritional Therapy, is the application of nutrition and lifestyle sciences in the promotion of overall health, performance and individual care. This personalised and holistic approach focuses on using nutrition, and eventually supplements, to leverage human individuality and to optimize overall health in the long term.

Unlike conventional dieting, which often focuses on calorie counting and/or food restrictions, Nutritherapy is more about the life you gain thanks to the food you eat daily. 

This global approach considers factors such as personal health conditions, physical activity, stress levels, age, dietetary preferences, specific objectives and daily lifestyle habits, often leading to better adherence and satisfaction over time. 

Anyone can benefit from Nutritherapy, whether you are looking to optimize your overall health, manage a specific health condition, or achieve a particular physical or mental goal. It can be especially beneficial for individuals undergoing intensive physical workouts,  digestive issues, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or weight management challenges.

During a consultation, you will discuss about your health history, your current eating habits, your eventual food restrictions, your daily lifestyle and your goals with a certified nutritherapist. The therapist will then assess your nutritional needs and eventual deficiencies, and create a personalized 5-day meal plan tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle and health concerns. This plan will include new healthy food choices, lifestyle changes, and suggestions for supplements if necessary.

The best infrared sauna and ice bath spa in the city, really. I've been to all of them, and this one ranks #1 because it has a high quality infrared sauna with higher heat settings and Bluetooth 🎵. The price is also unbelievable, I used to pay 1,500 for 45 minutes of sauna time at R3 Gaysorn but fast & fit is 400 for 60 minutes.So overall, you get high quality treatment for a great price.

Please do a gift to your self and do a ice bath!!And there is no better place than this one!Very friendly staff, so clean and beautiful🙏🏽They have also infrared Sauna!Really recommend!

The ice bath experience was fantastic. There were two saunas and three cold baths in total, with temperatures ranging from 10 degrees Celsius to 0 degrees Celsius. Really clean.

Excellent facility with two infra-red saunas (2 -3 persons size) and 3 cold baths at 10 degC 5 deg C and iced. The facilities are spotlessly clean. The saunas have Bluetooth for playing your own music and the ice baths have timers. They give you a large towel and also have shorts if you forgot your own. If you haven’t tried IR sauna before it’s different to a hot rock sauna - the heat feels more even over your body and there’s no burning ears and nostrils, it doesn’t feel as hot but you sweat just as profusely. Great value for money considering you’ll have a sauna and bath to yourself! I’m going back weekly

This place is sooo nice, I've tried the Ice Bath yesterday, and managed to be finally also interested by the other floors (massage, organic shop downstair, the bar upstairs, the gym) it's such a vibe!I took a package for Ice Bath - so I definitely recommend it!
