Ice Baths
Whenever you feel the need. An hour after finishing your exercise, on a daily routine during earlier hours, regularly, when you feel pain or want to recover from an injury, when your joints hurt, when you feel stressed or had a rough day / week. When ever you feel the need.
Aime for 12 minutes accumulated per week, split into 2 to 4 sessions of 3 to 6 minutes per session.
For maximum effectiveness, immerse yourself for 1-5 minutes per session. The benefits depend on the immersion time and the temperature, the colder the bath the less time is necessary and vice versa.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared saunas typically reach temperatures between 120°F to 150°F (49°C to 65°C).
For best results, stay in the infrared sauna for 30-45 minutes per session. But 15 are already very beneficial.
Aim for 3-4 sessions per week to maximize the benefits.
Red Light Therapy
Anytime you want to support recovery, skin health or mood.

Anyone can benefit from Nutritherapy, whether you are looking to optimize your overall health, manage a specific health condition, or achieve a particular physical or mental goal. It can be especially beneficial for individuals undergoing intensive physical workouts, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or weight management challenges.
During a consultation, you will discuss about your health history, your current eating habits, your eventual food restrictions, your daily lifestyle and your goals with a certified nutritherapist. The therapist will then assess your nutritional needs and eventual deficiencies, and create a personalized 5-day meal plan tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle and health concerns. This plan will include new healthy food choices, lifestyle changes, and suggestions for supplements if necessary.
