This was my first time doing hot and cold therapy together. I was so nervous to get into the ice bath at first but you can do the 10 degree cold bath prior and work your way up to the ice. Joe was very informative and guided me well throughout the process. I feel super energised. I would highly recommend this place. Great pricing, facilities and staff.
